Funded by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and managed by NLECTC-Rocky Mountain, the Electronic Monitoring Resource Center (EMRC) is dedicated to providing law enforcement and correctional agencies with assistance in the development and maintenance of electronic monitoring programs.

The EMRC web site is strictly for law enforcement and corrections professionals. The intent is to provide a secure environment for sharing information and exchanging ideas.
