Abstract: This site contains an example of a plan that will cover the 22 reportable incidents and other hazards that can affect the district’s schools. A generic reporting form has also been approved for reporting incidents between school and police as well as local and state agencies.

Abstract: The School Safety Hotline functions as a bilingual interactive voicemail system that picks up information from callers, transcribes it, and faxes it to the appropriate officials. The system functions 24 hours a day year round. Individuals can report incidents that involve weapons, drugs, alcohol, violence, harassment, vandalism or theft in an anonymous format.
