Vendor for Spikes Used in Stab-Resistant Armor Testing
The Office of Law Enforcement Standards (OLES) and the Compliance Testing Program (CTP) of the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center (NLECTC) have identified the following vendor for obtaining the "spikes" used in stab-resistant body armor testing in accordance with NIJ Standard-0115.00.

Accordingly, please note that John M Dean, Inc. is no longer an approved vendor for these test items. As such, please update the information found in NIJ Standard-0115.00, Appendix D, "Spikes" (located on page 34) with the vendor information noted above.
